- Feeling as if you need to apologise for what you believe in.
- Automatically saying sorry in a disagreement, just to keep the peace.

Women always support women right?!

Women always support women right?!
I have been keeping a secret.   Something I've been working to overcome in the last few years, and have worked hard to hide because my experiences led me to a place where I felt I couldn't talk about it. 

I have been experiencing relational aggression.  

I'll admit that even though I am strong and have a lot of tools I use to help me hurdle any challenge, this experience at times has been rough.  I've hidden it because being an introvert my coping mechanism is sometimes hiding myself away in protection mode to recharge my batteries.

You beat cancer, you're all good now...right?

Many people see cancer survivors as - "you beat it, you're all good now". 

Yes, we did...however, for many of us we are also still battling.

For many, the daily battles of our own minds are enough to sometimes bring us to our knees.

Every niggle, every pain, every feeling of energy drain - can trigger thoughts of 'It's back', 'what if it's cancer again' etc etc.

- I feel drained today......it's back.
- That pain in my arm.....must be a tumor.
- I have a headache.......what if it's cancer?
