Stress is a manifestation of how you actually respond to different stressors, and how you handle those, in your daily life. I’m sure you’ll agree there have been quite a few stressors over the last year or so and whilst some of us are a little less reactive, some of us well, we need a little more help in that department.

Physically, stress can cause a pumping out of toxic substances into our bloodstream from our body in general. In turn, this can leave us feeling irritable, moody, and lacking in that all-important energy.

The day I was almost driven into the ocean...

I'm usually an ‘action’ type of person, however, I do remember experiencing the freeze once when on a holiday in the Caribbean my family and I were in a mini-van after an island trip, and the lady reversing the van back down the pier to the ship got out, but hadn’t put on the handbrake properly.

The mini-van started rolling down the pier backward towards the ocean. I remember a wave of terror moving downwards through my body....

152 months of wellness...and counting!
152 months.

Have you ever done something every single month for 152 months? Sounds like a really long time right? Actually, it equates to 12+ years. So yes, a really long time.

For the last 152 months, I have done something every single month without missing a month. Actually, I have purchased something every single month.

It is also from the same company every single month. Kind of unheard of that people are loyal to a product/company for 12+ years right?!

While that may sound like a lot to some people, for me it has led to the consistent health and wellness of my daughter - and ultimately our whole family. 🙏
